Offended by his ex-wife's lawsuit, Dwyane Wade is of course fighting back and taking action. His ex-wife, Siohvaughn Wade claims that "Wade has engaged in "extreme and outrageous conduct" with his new girlfriend, Gabrielle Union, in front of his two children."
Wade adds, "I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union."
The lawsuit has not been settled yet but it is all up to the court.

Some people just like to take things to court, maybe because they like starting stupid fights and going to court? Who knows! If Siohvaughn needs money-suing Wade is not a good way to do it. I truly do not understand some of the cases that people bring to court. The money and time put into a lawsuit is not worth suing your ex-husband for something so ridiculous.
